SERVICES
From a local need to the right documentation
Enquiries from Warsaw and Mazovia usually arise from a specific need: a planned energy-efficiency refurbishment, an energy performance certificate, a statutory audit obligation under Polish law, rising energy costs or the need to assess the business case for a proposed measure. Based on a few essential details, we recommend the appropriate documentation: a building energy audit, company energy audit, energy performance certificate, report or technical and economic assessment.
01
Building energy audit with refurbishment options
For housing cooperatives, institutions, property managers and owners of larger properties preparing for refurbishment. The report compares available options, helps prioritise the work and provides a basis for investment decisions or financing applications.
02
Company energy audit report
For businesses and industrial facilities seeking to understand how energy is used, meet their statutory audit obligation in Poland or identify the largest cost drivers. The report sets out the energy consumption breakdown, presents key findings and identifies measures worth considering next.
03
Cost-effectiveness analysis of installing and using heat cost allocators
For housing cooperatives, homeowners’ associations and property managers considering heat cost allocators. The analysis compares expected benefits with the costs of purchasing, installing, administering and operating the system, supporting a decision that meets applicable requirements.
04
Technical and economic assessment
We prepare studies that assess cost-effectiveness and the technical, economic and procedural justification for planned measures. They can support the selection of upgrade options, evaluation of technical solutions, investment decisions, financing applications, allocation of energy and heating costs, and preparation of subsequent documentation.
04
Energy performance certificate
We issue certificates for larger public buildings, commercial and office properties, service-sector facilities and multi-family residential buildings. The document may be required in connection with a sale, rental, building completion or other formal procedures.
If you are unsure which document you need, describe your objective and circumstances.
We will tailor the scope so the report genuinely supports your decision,
formal process or next steps.
Who we work with
Who we carry out energy audits for in Warsaw and the Mazovian Voivodeship
We work with businesses, manufacturers, public bodies, local authorities, housing cooperatives and property managers. We support organisations where energy consumption, the technical condition of buildings or required documentation affects operating costs, formal requirements or planned investment. Our services cover Warsaw and smaller towns and municipalities throughout Mazovia.

Manufacturing and industrial facilities
Manufacturing, industrial, logistics, service and technical businesses in Warsaw and Mazovia for which electricity, gas or heating represents a significant operating cost. An energy audit brings the relevant data together, examines the cost structure and identifies potential improvements.

Public institutions and local authorities
Schools, government offices, healthcare facilities, universities, cultural institutions and other public bodies in Warsaw, district towns and smaller municipalities throughout the Mazovian Voivodeship preparing for upgrades, audits, financing applications or required energy-related documentation.

Housing cooperatives and TBS social housing companies
Housing cooperatives, homeowners’ associations and managers of multi-family buildings planning energy-efficiency refurbishment, a building audit, an assessment of heat cost allocators or improvements to their property documentation.

Managers of properties and larger buildings
Owners and managers of office, retail, service, warehouse, public and residential properties who need an energy performance certificate, specialist assessment, technical documentation or an upgrade plan.

Organisations with several sites in the region
Organisations, local authorities and businesses with multiple branches, facilities or properties across the Mazovian Voivodeship that want consistent standards for audits, assessments, energy performance certificates and technical documentation.
When do businesses, industrial sites and institutions in Mazovia turn to Energy Trend?
We are most often contacted by businesses, industrial facilities, public bodies, housing cooperatives and property managers from Warsaw and the wider Mazovia region. They usually have a specific requirement: an audit, an upcoming refurbishment, a certificate for a building, increasing energy costs or an investment decision.

situation
Statutory energy audit obligation
If a company is subject to a statutory energy audit requirement in Poland, we conduct the company audit and help prepare the notification to the Polish Energy Regulatory Office (URE). Details of eligibility criteria, deadlines and formalities are available on the dedicated page.
situation
Refurbishing a public building, housing cooperative property or industrial facility
Building owners, housing cooperatives, institutions, industrial facilities and property managers also come to us before planned refurbishment. The resulting study helps compare solutions, assess energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and prioritise the work.
situation
Energy performance certificate
We also issue energy performance certificates for larger buildings, including public, commercial, office and service-sector properties, as well as multi-family residential buildings.
situation
Rising energy costs for a business or property
When energy bills rise, we help determine which type of study will be most useful. Depending on the circumstances, this may be a company energy audit, a building assessment, an appraisal of a proposed investment or other technical documentation.
situation
Preparing for financing
We also support organisations planning upgrades to industrial sites, public facilities, buildings or housing stock. An audit, assessment or energy document can provide a basis for applying for financing, preparing an application or making an internal decision.
situation
Technical and economic assessment before a decision
Before implementing new solutions, we assess their technical and economic justification. This includes upgrades to building systems, heat-source replacements, lighting, ventilation and controls, as well as the use of heat cost allocators.

How we work together
How we work with businesses and institutions across the region
Our process is clear and structured. You provide information about your project and planned investment — Energy Trend takes care of the rest.
You tell us what you need
Contact us using the form, by phone or by email and provide the essentials: the type of business, institution or property, its location, and the purpose of the audit, assessment or documentation.
We recommend the right service
We then determine which type of work best fits your situation: a company energy audit, building energy audit, energy performance certificate, technical and economic assessment or another individually defined service.
We agree the scope and required data
Next, we identify the data and documents needed, assess whether a site visit is necessary, and define the scope required to prepare a quote. Much of the information can be shared remotely; any on-site inspection is arranged after our initial review.
We prepare a proposal
Once your requirements are clear, we provide a proposal specifying the scope of work, delivery schedule and price.
We deliver the service and documentation
We then prepare the agreed audit, report, assessment or certificate. When the work is complete, we deliver the documentation and, where appropriate, recommend further action.
Steps 1–4 are free of charge and do not require complete documentation.
You do not need every document at the outset.
A short description of your situation is enough — we can establish the rest together.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions before our first conversation
Short answers to the questions
most businesses ask before getting in touch.
Can’t find your question here?
Do you only work with businesses?
No. We also work with public institutions, housing cooperatives, TBS social housing companies and property managers. Our focus is on businesses and larger properties, rather than individual apartments or retail customers.
Do you carry out building energy audits in Warsaw?
Yes. We carry out energy audits of commercial, office, service, warehouse, public and multi-family buildings in Warsaw and across the Mazovian Voivodeship. The scope depends on the purpose of the audit, the type of property and the documentation available.
Do you issue energy performance certificates?
Yes. We prepare energy performance certificates for larger properties and buildings on a B2B basis, including for companies, public institutions, property managers and housing cooperatives.
Can you prepare a technical and economic assessment?
Yes. We prepare technical and economic assessments for businesses, institutions, housing cooperatives and property managers. These may cover the installation and use of heat cost allocators, refurbishment options, investment feasibility, allocating energy or heating costs, and preparing information for management decisions or further documentation.
How can I tell whether I need a company energy audit, a building energy audit, an energy performance certificate or a technical and economic assessment?
The easiest way is to tell us about your situation: the type of organisation, the property, its location and the purpose of the document. We will then recommend the appropriate service.
Do you only operate in Warsaw?
No. We also serve companies, institutions and properties throughout the Mazovian Voivodeship.
Do you also serve businesses and properties outside Warsaw?
Yes. Our services cover not only Warsaw but also companies, institutions, housing cooperatives and property managers throughout the Mazovian Voivodeship. For some services, information can be collected remotely; for more complex projects, we agree the scope of a site visit.
What information do you need for an initial quote?
To get started, a brief outline is enough: the type of business or property, location, purpose of the service and approximate scale. We establish the detailed information needed after an initial assessment.
Do you visit the site?
Yes, where the service requires it. Some information can be collected remotely, but building energy audits and more complex projects often call for a site visit.
What determines the price of an audit, certificate or assessment?
The price depends on the service, type of property, available documentation, number of sites, scope of analysis and whether a site visit is needed. A brief description is enough initially; after our preliminary review, we will tell you what information is required to prepare a proposal.
